Core Responsibilities and Duties
General:
The Compensation and Benefits Lead will serve as Regional point of contact for Human Resources Business Partners and Business Leadership on corporate compensation and incentives (EMEA) and benefits programme (EMEA) across all KBR business lines.
You will lead on market intelligence activities, including the submission of salary surveys, analysing the results to populate our job pricing database, currently covering each country in EMEA.
In conjunction with HRBP and Business Unit Leads, you will design project specific performance and retention incentive plans, as well as supporting on global initiatives including the Annual Salary Review and incentive nominations processes.
A key focus will be the effective management of KBR's benefits renewal programme and enrolment processes, ensuring compliance with local government relations requirements where applicable.
To achieve this, you will work closely with corporate HR to leverage global relationships with insurers and secure functional as well as BU approvals.
Other duties:
Working with global mobility and Senior HR Director for the region to design Reward solutions for senior executive and project staff moving from/to new locations.
Participation in various project work and testing including global Workday maintenance and online benefits (Benefex) solution in the UK.
Providing input into bids and proposals, specifically to respond to requests for internal and external compensation and benefits data and associated questions
Supporting project to a HR administrative operations hub.
Communicating with employees and management through the update of HR policies, maintenance of internal HR website and other internal comms channels.
Member of the Company pension committee working with Finance, tax, legal and external advisors to liaise and negotiate with the Pension Plan trustee on DC/DB plan matters, including funding of the closed DB pension plan.
A degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent education and experience.
CIPD qualification (Level 5 +)
A strong understanding of HR systems including SAP, Costpoint and Workday.
Highly numerate,
excellent stakeholder engagement,
ability to work at all levels,
starter finisher,
exemplar eye for detail, exceptional deadline delivery.
Previous international experience in Compensation role wor
king within large complex structure
Understanding and working with developed HRIS - preferably Workday.
