This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us in championing change for children

Are you interested in a career in public service supporting children with SEND and their families? Perhaps you are beginning your career or wish to build on your existing skills and experience?

Working within a local authority provides a wealth of career development opportunities.

This is predominantly an office-based role.

A key part of your role will be to coordinate the assessment of, write and review Education Health and Care Plans (EHC Plans).

You will hold a caseload of children and young people with EHC Plans and visit schools to work with parents/carers, young people, schools and other key professionals to ensure good quality provision for children.

While a background in education, social care or special educational needs are advantageous, they are not essential.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
