Description

We are looking for a experienced, enthusiastic individual to act as centralised point of contact for patients in our busy Cancer Services Team, working with Cancer Nurse specialists from various specific tumour sites.

Duties will include communicating effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team and relevant personnel from other Hospital Trusts to avoid delays in pathways and to keep service users informed at all times


The successful applicant will be required to be proactive in seeking ways to improve the patient pathway within agreed timeframes and highlight any potential delays in investigations/diagnosis throughout the patient pathway and escalate appropriately.

This is a Fixed Term position working Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.


Base Location:
Royal Bournemouth Hospital or Poole Hospital
