Set in the beautiful town ofCrawley, the mainline train station, you will find our community mental health assessment and treatment service.

We work with adults living with mental illness, supporting their recovery and the development of skills and strategies to support them to maintain their wellbeing.

We are a lively and friendly team where you will be offered plenty of support along with mentorship and supervision from senior nursing colleagues, active management support and the chance to undertake training courses relevant to your professional practice.


As a Mental Health Liaison Practitioner in our service you will be working as part of a Multi-disciplinary team which include psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and medics.
