Salary Dependent on Experience + Bonuses

The Client

Our client is one of the UK's well-established structural defects warranty specialists are now looking for Warranty Surveyors within the Belfast area - Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technical Manager on all matters.
Assessment of design information and the undertaking of Technical Audits for incepted policies specifically appraising projects for suitability of structural stability and integrity against water ingress.
Undertaking site inspection work to ensure/assess works are being undertaken in accordance with approved details and specifications.
Providing technical support to the Head office and clients alike whilst undertaking site inspection work throughout the UK (as directed).
Work on a selfmotivated basis in managing your own diary and ensuring Technical Audits/reports and surveys as required are completed within the companies Key Performance Indicator at each stage of the construction phases of the build.
Provide clients with clear and concise guidance regarding our clients requirements whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships in order to secure repeat business.
Be capable of meeting targets and/or deadlines and providing realistic timescales for delivery of services.
Work towards a Chartered Status (if applicable).

Experience / Skills

Preferably fully qualified and affiliated to either; CABE, CIOB or RICS or similar construction related qualification
Full and clean driving licence and their own vehicle
Enthusiastic with aspirations of progression to management responsibilities
Ability to present information using PowerPoint when necessary
Working knowledge of current relevant legislations and associated British Standards
