Full-time Planning Coordinator [Office-based at Whitburn, Bathgate]

We are looking for a Planning Coordinator with experience within a fast moving construction organisation to join our talented team.

In this role you would be part of our administration team.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Analyse workloads and assimilate into workable logistic plans
Prepare and communicate activity plans to the operational field team
Support & develop ideas around all planning processes
General administrative support to the Estimator
Work closely with the Management Team to effectively communicate client requirements and ensure these are delivered within the timescales agreed

- liaising with administration team for effective communication for tenants and clients

Providing support to supervisors as well as estimator
Demonstrate experience in construction project planning as well as reactive repair and maintenance
Demonstrate eagerness to progress building a team of planners in a rapidly growing company.
Have strong attention to detail and levels of accuracy
Have strong IT skills in Office 365 programs, and specifically Excel
Have the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Have the ability to work on own initiative
Have strong problemsolving, analytical and time management skills
The ability to document processes and train others.
