Purpose of the role

The purpose of this job role will be to deliver outstanding customer service during sales appointments and to ensure an excellent shopping experience is delivered to bridal and prom parties attending the boutique.

Must be confident and experienced in using social media.


Responsibilities:

Reception duties such as meet and greet customers and answer the telephone
Book customer appointments from telephone queries and social media contacts
Help keep boutique tidy and presentable at all times.
Have a professional and friendly personality at all times and engage in conversation with customers and their guests
Be fashion focused and understand what styles suit different body shapes
Logging new stock onto the shop system and processing invoices
Star in our social media photos, reels etc.

Help brides and prom customers choose gowns and give advice and keep up to date with trends etc and recommend gowns in line with customers' requests also guide customer to accessories.

To take measurements of customers and discuss and help advise on the best size to order their gown.
Place orders with relevant supplier's once an order is taken
Ensure payments are taken accurately.
Support the coordination of collection of orders
Participate in any events to showcase company.
Attend wedding fairs and prom / bridal shows to view new collections

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 12-16 per week


Salary:
£9.18-£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only

Education:


  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- social media: 1 year (preferred)
- customer services / sales: 3 years (preferred)
