Description

We are excited to be working with a prestigious top-10 global law firm to source a Risk Manager to join their team.

This is the perfect role for a supervisor or team leader looking to take a step up into managing a team in a larger law firm, or an alreadyestablished manager looking for a new opportunity.

Key responsibilities will include:

Advising on all aspects of new business intake, including AML, sanctions, PI and reputational risk
Acting as an escalation point on complex risk matters
Managing the risk and compliance framework
Working closely with the General Counsel to implement policies and procedures
Ensuring best practices in new business acceptance
Building partnerships with partners throughout the region and developing risk awareness
Creating training on new business policies and procedures for all jurisdictions in which the firm operates
Auditing team leaders
Horizon scanning for changes in regulations and legislation
