Business Travel Consultant to be based in their Glasgow office


You won't be booking holidays, instead, you'll be working with businesses who send their staff around the world for work.

The nature of the clients you'll be booking travel for are complex and niche with a focus on using specially negotiated fares and hotelrates to make your company stand out from the rest.


Joining an established team of Business Travel Consultants, you'll be working hard to ensure all aspects of the travel booking process from the initial travel enquiry through to completion of the journey is seamless and stress free.


Key Facts for this Business Travel Consultant role

  • You'll be able to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home, allowing you to achieve a great balance of both working closely onsite with colleagues and a reduction of your commuting days.
  • Your working days will be Monday
  • Friday
  • Salary is competitive and will be a fantastic start to your career in the business travel space
  • You'll be using the latest in travel technology and be given a fully comprehensive training schedule to get you off the ground.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? It would be great if you had some business travel consultant experience but if not

  • You'll have held a customer service role, ideally connected to the travel and hospitality sector
  • You will be able to talk through examples of the service you've provided and why it excelled.
  • Your communication skills will be top notch both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail will be your strong point and you'll have a good grasp of worldwide geography
