Head of Finance - Tech scaleup

Hybrid working - WFH + City office

£100/110k + bonus

Talentedge are proud to be partnering with an internationally recognised technology scaleup (SaaS & marketplace revenue streams) who have doubled their headcount and revenues from this time last year.

You'll be fantastic for this role if you are seeking an autonomous role where you'll have ownership over financial control and commercial finance / FP&A, as well as supporting on M&A activities, with daily access to C Suite conversations and interactions

Key responsibilities to include:

Lead on companywide budgeting, forecasting, planning and KPI analysis
Partner C-Suite / Head of functions / Country Managers
Work closely with Data Analytics and BI functions
Create business cases and complex financial models to drive forward business decision making
Support CFO on M&A activities (deal origination, FDD, postacquisition integration)
Improve processes and policies around financial control and transfer pricing
Oversee production of consolidated monthly management and annual statutory accounts
Mentor, develop and manage a strong finance team consisting of qualified accountants

Profile:

Qualified accountant with a strong academic background
A high growth tech background, preferably in a SaaS / marketplace / ConsumerTech environment
Mathematical and data driven in approach
Technically strong with IFRS reporting
Team management (including qualified accountants)
NetSuite experience
Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business (domestic & international)
