Description
A reputable Legal 500 firm are seeking a senior private client solicitor/team leader to join their team in Oxfordshire. The firm are renowned in the regions for their high quality clientele and expert lawyers.

They have recently become employee owned andare unique in their purely client focused approach; this sees high net worth clients returning time after time.

They have two offices across Oxfordshire, meaning the opportunity will likely be easily commutable from a wide range of locations across the ThamesValley, They are very flexible in working from home, and are open to negotiation on the amount as long is there is at least some office presence.

The role will see you in a senior position or as a team leader. You will have managerial duties and so experiencein the training/mentoring of juniors is desirable.

As well as this, you will play an integral part in the marketing and business development of the department so a keen business acumen is necessary.

You will handle a caseload of Wills, Estate Administration,tax, etc for a very wealthy client base.

The role will give rise to an interesting and complex variety of work, allowing you to continually fine-tune your skills.
