Main Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Director, Nursery Manager, and Deputy Manager.
  • Performing the typical tasks of Early Years Practitioners.
  • Creating a safe and engaging environment at all times.
  • Delivering a playbased Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that helps children progress individually.
  • Assisting in meeting all OFSTED requirements.
  • Planning activities to help children achieve early learning outcomes and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Following policies, procedures, and adhering to the Children Act, Health & Safety legislation, as well as Ofsted guidelines.

Person Spec (required):


  • An enhanced DBS check is required by My Childcare and Me before any appointment can be confirmed.
Level 2/3 in Childcare


Job Type:
Zero hour contract


Salary:
Up to £13 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Blackheath, SE3 0BU: reliably commute

Experience:


  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
