Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently hiring a Facilities Coordinator on a staff basis for the Aberdeen office.

The Coordinator will be assisting for the day to day operation of contracts managed by Real Estate Services. This will involve liaison with key contacts across the business, landlords managing agents, building users and numerous contractors. Regular site visits to monitor general performance and compliance with planned and reactive works. Up keep of budget templates and general contract administration.

You will be expected to assist the Contracts Manager with the successful delivery of facilities management related contracts across the Wood commercial property portfolio in both Aberdeen and Glasgow c.

666,000 sq. ft. (inclusive of all hard, soft and utilities contracts).


Technical/Business Skills
Excellent IT skills including excel, word and power point. Experience in use of Microsoft project would be an advantage. Previous experience assisting in the management of contracts, such as, catering, waste, housekeeping, security, front of house etc.


Business and Industry Experience


Ability to demonstrate a proven track record in FM contract coordination across the full spectrum of office related hard and soft services is essential.

Experience in the coordination and management of minor refurbishment and relocation contracts would be a distinct advantage.


Interpersonal Skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both written and verbally with management, colleagues, contractors and various other external stakeholders,


Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role. BIFM or similar qualification would be an advantage.


There be occasional travel across sites around Aberdeen and Glasgow, therefore a drivers' license would be preferred, but not essential.
