Accounts Administrative - Office Assistant
We are a fast paced, fast growing Architectural Ironmongers looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to add to our busy team.
An excellent job opportunity ideally suited for someone looking to enhance their purchase/ sales ledger experience.
Job Type:
Part Time, Permanent
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday In person
- Be punctual and time efficient.
- Have a positive can do attitude.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Have an attention to detail.
- Good numeracy & literacy skills.
- Good Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
- Polite telephone manner.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Processing of purchase invoices & credits from suppliers.
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Processing payments
- Post bank transactions
- Posting sales invoices
- Management of credit card submissions and reconciliations
- ADHOC duties as required.
- Initial interview will be conducted by telephone._
