Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team to facilitate decision making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that the company's financial resources are optimally utilized.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
  • Review financial reports and provide analysis and insight to drive performance improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.

Requirements:


  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CA.
  • Previous experience in a senior management role
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Salary:
£60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
