Introduction:

We are currently recruiting for a Performance Manager for one of our Education and Training Clients in London.

Our client is involved in a variety of government-funded provisions where they support people into work and also deliver trade-based and vocationaltraining to people.

They are looking for a manager who has strong knowledge of Further Education and is skilled in managing education and training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing direction and management in all funding streams and contracts cooperating with other managers and stakeholders within the organisation
Supporting the learners to develop their behavior, skills, and knowledge in the delivery
Monitoring the performance of regulatory and contractual requirements and managing the operational delivery development with the help of coordinators and staff
Responsible for business development and sales
Create weekly and monthly reports
Carry out the team and supervisory meetings securing the service levels are maintained

Experience and Skills:
As a Performance Manager, you will need the following to be successful:

Postgraduate qualification or relevant
Experience as a senior manager in the Skills industry managing the delivery of Adult education
Ofsted inspections experience and leading staff in the said field
Ability to generate new business opportunities and knowledge in the services and products of the company
Flexible and people smart
