    Business Development Executive Opportunity

    We are seeking a driven and resilient Business Development Executive to join our client's growing team in Kirkcaldy, Scotland.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company on track to triple its revenue. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging new prospects, reactivating lapsed customers, and qualifying leads for the external sales team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts.
    • Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs, potential, and suitability before passing leads to the external sales team.
    • Strategy Planning: Develop monthly SOAP (Strategy on a Page) plans and present updates to the Internal Team.
    • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align approaches and achieve growth targets.
