Oasis Supported Accommodation (OSA) is a semi-independent supported accommodation provider that offers a person-centred approach to supported accommodation services for vulnerable young people and young adults with the view of supporting these young people into being able to live independently and achieve their full potential in life and therefore giving them a much brighter future.

OSA operates nationwide and due to continuous expansion based on a number of success stories and positive feedback, we are looking for passionate support workers to join our dedicated team.

What we need from you:

• The passion and motivation to contribute to the progression of the service users.
• Confident lone working but also a strong team player.

What you will be doing:

• Safeguarding and protecting young people from harm's way.
• Establishing positive relationships with young people
• To ensure that the physical, cultural, emotional, religious, educational and psychological needs of young people are respected and met
• Supporting and encouraging young people to learn life skills to promote independence
