This pivotal role really is at the heart of the Center - customer facing yet able to deal effectively with IT, Admin, Financial Processes and data we are looking for someone who can help oil the wheels of this wonderful local charity


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Client Intakes. To be the initial point of contact for all client enquiries, organising and running the process ensuring all clients are dealt with in a timely and respectful manor.

Client allocation. Working with the Head of Counselling and internal teams to ensre that clients are allocated suitable appropriate support.

Client and Centre Communication facilitating effective and timely communication between clients and counsellors and between various members of the Centre

Data management. Support members of the management team in generating information relevant to clinical work

Policy and procedure management Supporting members of the management team in maintaining correct and effective policies and procedures

Room allocation. To oversee the allocation of rooms and liaise with those affected. To maintain and update the room diary.


.Sundry. Ensuring all day to day administration is overseen and managed effectively


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
