An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and successful company based in Hammersmith.
The perfect role for someone who is wanting to join a fantastic, sociable team and learn new skills Our client is looking for some immediate support their customer service team.

Customer Service Advisor
HOURS:
9am - 5.30pm
SALARY:
£12 per hour
LOCATION:
Hammersmith

What you will be doing
- Being the main point of contact for all enquiries as part of a supportive team
- Liaising with a wide range of customers to confirm billing details
- Advising customers on tariffs of which you will be trained on
- Using your IT skills to accurately update Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining office systems and processes
To be successful in this role you will have
- Experience within customer service and a love for providing excellent standards of care
- Confident using bespoke systems & Microsoft office although full training will be given
- A keen eye for detail if you are a stickler for being 100%, this role is perfect for you
- Excellent organisational skills be that list making, using spreadsheets or a daily diary, being efficient in this role is essential
