The Role


As a Functional Consultant within our finance team, in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Lead Functional Consultant, you'll take ownership for the implementation and delivery of the Dynamics 365 F&O project to our overseas regions.

You'll conduct workshops to define any departures from global requirements, design solutions and implement them working closely with internal customers to achieve the best outcome to agreed timelines and objectives.

You will also own the data cleansing, data migration, training, and go-live support for all regions.

Working closely with the Lead Consultant, this role is instrumental in successfully completing the global roll-out of 365 to all regions over the coming 12 months.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with a variety of users to clearly define the requirements, scope and desired outcome of the solution
  • Take ownership of consultancy and solution delivery, working with peers and clients to ensure successful delivery
  • Undertake client consultancy in line with business requirements
  • Assess 365 upgrades and features relevant to Hansen
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of your proposed solution to the business
  • Provide quality assurance across solutions and client engagements as a valueadd to the quality of solutions and deliverables
  • Work in partnership with the finance team, enabling them to meet their business objectives, overcome problems and gain an understanding of the 365 functionality
  • Perform and lead user acceptance testing and conduct training sessions with the team to help with change management and adoption of the solution

Your Experience

  • At least 35+ years of commercial experience in installation and delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
  • Experience in ensuring that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet the business needs
  • Accounting knowledge to a basic journal entry level
  • Significant experience with the creation of new legal entities within 365 and the data migration and workflow maintenance that follows
  • Extensive experience with rolling out new upgrades to end users
  • PowerBi experience preferable
