Job Description:
Specialist uPVC Paint Sprayer

Key Responsibilities:


Surface Preparation:

Thoroughly clean and prepare uPVC surfaces, ensuring they are free of dirt, grease, and other contaminants that might affect paint adhesion.

Repair any surface imperfections, cracks, or dents before painting, ensuring a smooth and uniform finish.


Paint Application:
Utilize expertise in PU paints to select appropriate paints and coatings for various uPVC surfaces.
Employ spray equipment and techniques to achieve even and consistent paint coverage, minimizing overspray and ensuring efficient material usage.


Safety and Protection:
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety goggles, gloves, masks, and appropriate clothing, to prevent exposure to paint fumes and other hazards.

Safely erect and use ladders as required to access elevated surfaces, demonstrating confidence and competence in ladder usage.


Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail, ensuring the finished product meets or exceeds client expectations.
Inspect painted surfaces for any inconsistencies, blemishes, or defects and rectify them promptly.


On-Site Experience:
Execute painting projects on-site, specializing in uPVC window re-spraying, garage door re-spraying, and shop front re-spraying.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of work.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate efforts, manage expectations, and address any concerns.


Driving and Logistics:
Possess a valid full driving license to transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, adhering to safety and driving regulations.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a uPVC paint sprayer, specializing in PU paints.
• Demonstrated track record of onsite work, specifically in uPVC window respraying, garage door respraying, and shop front respraying.
• Comfortable and confident working on ladders and elevated surfaces.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Excellent eye for detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• Valid and clean full driving license for transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problemsolving skills for addressing unexpected challenges during projects.

Salary:
£200.00-£350.00 per day
