The Role


This is an office-based role, dealing with our Nursing and Primary Care divisions to ensure the highest quality of nursing provision is delivered.

You will be providing clinical advice and leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide advice and expertise on clinical issues
  • Dealing with clinical complaints
  • Supervision
  • Incident management
  • Framework agreement standards met
  • Clinical guidance
  • Clinical support
  • Legislative awareness


This is a permanent role and can be offered on either a Full Time or Part Time basis and full training is offered to transfer your clinical skills to the office environment.

We work within a Hybrid office environment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Degree Qualified Nurse
  • Band 6 or above
  • Professional registration
  • Experience dealing with complaints
  • Proven post qualification experience within
  • Hospital Wards
  • Private Practice
  • Community
  • Aged Care
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Data entry experience and use of a database
  • Excellent attention to detail
