Description

To be responsible for:

i) Responsible for the handling of customer complaints, member and MP enquiries, statutory enquiries, including Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Requests (EIR) and Data Protection requests (DPRs).

ii) Lead and initiate the Directorate's service improvement work and identifying improvements in service. iii) Run or support the Housing and Safer Communities Directorate with project work and administrative tasks. Jointly manages the Service Improvement Assistant. Full JD attached

(HCC) A good standard of written English and Mathematics to at least GCSE C/ level 4 which can demonstrate an ability to work at this level or demonstrate relevant experience.

(HCC) 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths (C and above)

(HCC) A proven commitment to high levels of customer service

(HCC) Ability to assess situations which are not straightforward and an understanding of when to escalate issues.

(HCC) Ability to attend to details, quality minded with a flexible and positive approach to tasks


Job Type:

£14.00-£14.84 per hour
