Description

As a Production and Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting administration duties relating to the manufacturing, procurement and distribution of the balconies.

Reporting to the Head of Production, this role involves processing and progressing all works orders from through to delivery. You will also be responsible for raising all purchase orders and assiting the with procurement for the business.


Responsibilities

  • Creating component item codes.
  • Creating BOM's (Bill of materials).
  • Raising and completing works and assembly orders.
  • Creating WIP and routings, allocate correct resource (machines).
  • Scheduling works, based on project programs.
  • Production analytics reporting.
  • Reporting and processing stock issues/discrepancies.

RequirementS

  • Strong computer skills (including excel)
  • Knowledge of production and purchasing administration required.
  • Data management and analytic skills.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer systems

  • Microsoft 365 package (Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Windowsbased system/drives
  • Oracle NetSuite

Salary:
£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
