In September, our schools will have full time nurseries and will have approximately 1,000 children on roll who come from inner-city Manchester.

We would like to appoint someone with Early Reading leadership experience to join our Federation, someone who:

  • Wants the challenge and excitement of teaching and leading in a vibrant, urban setting
  • Will be an inspirational leader and early reading coach of a team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff
  • Is committed to securing outstanding outcomes for our pupils
  • Is willing to embrace the potential leadership opportunities which may arise in our expanding schools
  • Is an excellent communicator who has the ability to empathise with and relate to children and adults alike
  • Is sensitive to the ethos and values of our Church of England school in our multifaith community
  • Interviews will take place in the afternoon of the 23rd May 2024, a phonic lesson followed by a formal interview.
