ShoeString is a small family-run business specialising in manufacturing and distributing shoe care products, laces, and insoles to a diverse range of retailers, including independents, e-commerce stores, manufacturers, and high street chains.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the ecommerce freelancers to ensure a smooth operation
• Preparing lists and details for freelancers on new products or missing products to upload to platforms, helping with photography and descriptive information
• Checking uploads for any errors, pricing, accurate descriptions etc
• Ensure the smooth running of the pick, pack and dispatch team ensuring orders are going out on time.
• Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner, resolving issues and concerns.
• Supporting in any marketing campaigns, creating content, monitoring its performance

Experience required

• Knowledge of Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce
• Knowledge of SEO and Social Media
• High level of proof reading
• Working in a face paced environment
• Problem solving
• Confident in managing teams
• Can do attitude

Hourly Rate:
£14.50 to £16.50 per hour plus bonus
