An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Women & Children's Division across the MSE.

This 7-month fixed term post will support the gynaecology cancer recovery plan.

You will be responsible for the tracking of patients through the gynaecology cancer patient tracking list.


You'll be responsible for collating and analysing data with regards to bottlenecks in the pathway across 1stoutpatient, diagnostic and clinical reviews.


And you'll get the chance to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team including consultants and senior nursing staff to support and expedite patient letters for clinical reviews and removal from the cancer pathway.


Duties include:


  • Monitoring the patients on the patient tracking list for Gynaecology Cancer.
  • Escalating delays in pathways including 1stoutpatient, diagnostic capacity and clinical reviews.
  • To support the multidisciplinary team with the faster day diagnosis standard
