Operations Manager (ATM) - Therapeutic Fostering Agency - Permanent contract.


I am currently recruiting for an Operations Fostering Manager for a permanent contract to work for a National Independent Fostering Agency.

The Fostering agency is not only a well-established national provider but also the service that the Ops manager willoversee is currently rated as Good Ofsted.

Your office will be located in Littlehampton or Fareham, whichever works well with you.

As part of the role there will be some regional travel involved to support the team but also national travel to visit other offices.

We are looking for a passionate manageror senior practitioner who would like to build up management experience and work together with the Head of Service to achieve IFA's ambitious goals.


This is not a registered post and your role will be focused more on leading a team of experienced supervising social workers.
