As a Client Services Host at ISS, you'll be a vital part of our placemaking culture, championing the customer touchpoint journey as an ambassador for an exceptional workplace experience.


Collaborating with the workplace experience team, you'll contribute to curating environments that elevate wellbeing, enhance productivity, and foster a positive company culture.


Your role involves actively seeking opportunities to enhance the onsite service experience and implementing new initiatives aligned with the ISS Global Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and manage all clients and visitors to the client floor in a competent, friendly and supportive manner by maintaining good eye contact, body language and verbal skills and deliver 5* star service in line with the client's expectations
  • Assist the FOH manager with Events and work overtime when required to support such events
  • To work as part of the team within the ISS FOH & Workplace and ensure a seamless and effective delivery of all services lines
  • You're a natural host and can make guests and colleagues feel at home within our buildings.
  • Main point of contact for all client's colleague on the floor and in the lobby; answer questions, help with requests like any 5star concierge (from technology, food services, events, wellness schedule etc.) Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • You have a keen eye for detail and love to share your notes and feedback helping maintain the workspace by notifying the appropriate Departments when service is needed, i.e., carpet cleaning, missing light bulbs, maintenance of Ladies Room, etc. You take responsibility for your floor and ensure service is completed in a timely manner
  • Undertake tours of the entire building while stating facts and having a positive demeanour
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders and service lines to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g., MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Health & Safety understanding
