A small Law Firm based in Central London. This role would be joining a HR team of 3 and offers hybrid working.


Description

The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Recruitment Administration, organising and scheduling interviews
  • Onboarding all new starters and being part of the induction process
  • Supporting the HR Advisor with ER, HR Projects
  • Coordinating payroll

Profile

The successful HR Coordinator will have:

  • Worked within a HR function, within a law firm or professional services would be desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
  • An excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures

Job Offer
The successful HR Coordinator can expect a salary between £28-33,000
