The Work Shop are thrilled to be working with a well-established Ethical Travel Company in Ringwood. Our client is looking for an Operational Support Coordinator to join their friendly Operations Team.


The Operations Support Team are an integral part of the wider Team, providing an exceptional customer experience for all our schools and travellers, from the moment they sign up all the way through to their return home.


As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be taking part in a diverse range of tasks within your role which consists of 3 main parts; Pre-departure Planning and Preparation, Expedition Leader Management and Post Expedition Feedback and Review.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Expedition Leader management and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Working with their teams overseas to ensure they have all the information they need, in a timely manner, to successfully deliver their expeditions. This aspect of the role will involve emergency phone support on a rotational basis and dailyreport data entry and communication.
  • Once their travellers have returned home, reports and feedback are collated and reviewed to ensure high standards are maintained in order to enhance their expeditions.

This is a full-time role Monday-Friday

£18,000-£21,000 per annum
