I am currently working with a large construction client with a residential arm, they are currently looking for an experience Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in their brand new offices in Hertfordshire

They do offer flexible working, you will be based at head office but will have the opportunity to go out on site visits & also they offer 2 days working from home


Day to day duties:

  • Providing excellent customer care on all levels
  • Being the main point of contact for the customer care team
  • Scheduling jobs for repairs with operatives
  • Escalating complaints to the management team
  • Providing face to face customer service support to customers
  • Diagnosing repair under warranty period
