Portal Security has an exciting opportunity available for a professional Front of House team to cover our busy hotels.

As a member of our team, you will deliver a great first impression, ensuring that guests have a smooth transition through the building and to their host.

Your responsibilities will include:

Giving a professional and welcoming greeting to the clients and their visitors;
Managing the visitor booking in and out system;
Ensuring that the reception area is maintained to a high standard and is always presentable;
Assisting with support requests from client and tenants;
Adhere to Assignment Instructions at all times;
To comply with company H&S procedures
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid knowledge of MS office.
