As a
Sales Advisor, you will work within our Sales and Customer Service Team and provide a professional service to our customers, by producing accurate drawings and quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound requests for quotations
- Produce written quotations using our inhouse software for both standard and bespoke solutions
- Issue 2D and 3D drawings where required through our bespoke design package
- Work with our dealer network to follow up quotations to a win/loss status updating our CRM system
- Proactively oversee project quotations by creating and maintaining relationships with clients and adapting to changing requirements
- Maintain a high level of technical product knowledge of our workshop storage equipment ranges (thorough inhouse training provided)
- Support the team by providing an industry leading service to our customer base.
Personal Profile & Essential Skills:
- Good attention to detail and highly organised
- Personable and able to engage with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels
- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude
- An ability to manage multiple projects with demanding workloads and lead times
- Confident use of MS Office
