An independent property company specialising in high-end property sales and rentals throughout NW and Central London, are looking for an experienced superstar Lettings Administrator with a successful track record within the residential property industry.


Working in a relaxed but professional environment, this role requires excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, as you will be required to wear many hats and balance many moving parts.

This is a role you can really make your own ifyou have the drive and initiative to succeed.


Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be responsible for all areas of Lettings Admin including tenancy management and renewals.

The ideal Lettings Administrator will have previous experience as a Lettings Administrator within a reputable Estate Agency.

Responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator include:

  • Overseeing the progression of new lets, ensuring tenancy compliance.
  • All pretenancy preparation.
  • Booking checkouts and managing deposit releases.
  • Negotiating and processing renewals promptly.
  • Keeping abreast of everchanging letting law & legislation.
  • Database & website management.
  • Booking photoshoots for new properties, writing descriptions, and preparing adverts.
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
The Lettings Administrator will receive an annual salary up to £35,000 and work in a relaxed and fun environment.
