• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting meat and cooking as needed

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
• Familiarity with bar equipment, such as blenders, shakers, and garnish tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and drink preparation
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus

• Newquay: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
