    Description

    Opportunity to Gain Valuable Experience as a Shop Assistant

    Earn valuable experience in a dynamic team environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of our charity shop. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills such as customer service, teamwork, and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
    • Sort and quality-check donated items for sale
    • Ensure all donated goods are in excellent condition
    • Assist with pricing items for display
    • Maintain a clean and organized stock room
    • Replenish stock on the shop floor

    Requirements:

    • A genuine interest in the charity's work and enthusiasm for raising money through its shops
    • The ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with colleagues
    • High standards for ensuring top-quality items are displayed for sale
    • A willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
