Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with our company's mission and goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product designers.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, launch, and postlaunch activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure productmarket fit and maximize product impact.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product development decisions and assess product performance.
  • Ensure clear and consistent messaging about our product features and benefits across all communication channels.

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and significant experience in Web3 product management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum.
