We are a small, established financial advisory firm seeking a graduate trainee financial planner to assist in delivering our high-quality service and treating every client as an individual.

About the Role
We can offer a structured training and support programme taking you through all aspects of financial advice to become a qualified financial adviser.
Initially, you will support a financial adviser, undertake project work, research and analysis and develop a comprehensive knowledge of investment, pension and protection.
We will encourage you to develop a deeper understanding of client needs, manage relationships and challenge established financialplanning and investment protocols and philosophies.
Ultimately you will become a financial adviser, leading client relationships, providing technical advice, mentoring other team members and taking broader responsibilities within the business, such as investment committee, networking and relationship development.
Essential

A recent graduate or graduate second jobber seeking a career in financial advice/wealth management:
- Commitment to professional exams
- Compassionate, empathetic and able to build relationships
Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks

- Comfortable conversing naturally and positively with clients to understand their motivations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire confidence with our clients

- Flexible working around core hours of 10am 4pm
- Hybrid working (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday are our officebased collaboration days)
