We are looking for an enthusiastic, all-rounded individual to join us on our journey to simplify healthcare access for patients across the UK.

The role will fit within the Project Delivery Team to deliver our population health level Engagement Hub solutions, improving uptake in health campaigns including Cervical, Breast and Bowel Screening Programmes into Primary Care organisations in the UK.

Engagement Hub has been proven to save patient lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further exposure to the healthcare industry and advance your skills within Projects.

The role provides project administration support to the Project Management team, around completing documentation, plans, summarising customer contacts and actions, and engaging with customers on the phone and at customer-facing meetings.

Your mission

  • Provide project assistance to the team.
  • Communicate with a wide range of customers to deploy the solution this includes a high number of calls.
  • Preparing and scheduling patient comms campaigns requires intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Assisting with coordination of Projects.
  • Log all customer contacts and followup actions in company CRM.
  • Liaise with Technical Support team to escalate any technical issues.
  • Escalate any customer challenges to the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Deliver some reporting requirements using Excel.
  • Data entry and general administrative tasks.
  • Support our data governance regulations, practices and policies.

From day one in this role, we'll expect you to have

  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment in an administrative or project support role.
  • Previous experience delivering a high volume of calls.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent client facing skills and great communicator.
  • Must be punctual and reliable with a great work ethic.
  • Organised and methodical worker.
  • Intermediate IT skills in MS Office, including Excel.

It's great, but not required, if you have

  • Experience in healthcare is desired but not essential.
  • Some CRM experience (e.g. using Salesforce).
