Marketing Assistant

£22,500 per annum, dependent on experience

Hybrid Working / Stevenage (Typically 2 days per week at this location)

What you'll be doing


As the Marketing Assistant, you'll provide support to the marketing team and will play a key role in ensuring that our marketing activities run smoothly.

Within this role you will take on specific tasks and have an opportunity to work across different portfoliosand with different teams.

A little more about the role

  • To support all team members with marketing and administration activities as required.
  • To coordinate the delivery and shipping of conference marketing materials (banner stands, flyers, other marketing materials) and attend and support conferences and exhibitions as required.
  • To manage the warehouse orders process including adding information to the order system.
  • To coordinate creation of marketing incentives and marketing assets such as print and online adverts, flyers, reading lists and other materials.
  • To support creation and scheduling of social media posts and PPC adverts.
  • To support creation of data lists for campaigns and data management.
  • To coordinate and manage the scheduling of adverts across internal channels.
  • Assist with briefing in website updates to the digital team.
  • To support monitoring and reporting of marketing metrics.
  • To prepare presentations and reports as appropriate using PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • To undertake any other duties and projects at the request of the line manager.
  • To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties.
  • To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies for the organisation and to attend mandatory updates where required.
