Guest Service Centre Agents

To provide a friendly, efficient telephone and chat service to internal and external guests and ensure the delivery of a seamless total guest experience.

To correctly administer other reception related administrative duties outlined below.
Part of London Regional Hotels, Strand Palace has been welcoming guests to the heart of London since 1909.

All 785 guest rooms, public areas and the new restaurant and bar have been refurbished to a modern and contemporary style inspired by the hotel's hey-day 1920's era.

The Hotel attracts guests from all over the world, for both leisure and business travel from national and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all telephone calls are answered courteously and efficiently in a warm and professional manner, adhering to Strand Palace standards
  • Monitor the hotel guest chat function and respond to queries in a timely and friendly manner
  • Manage the Guest Service Platform KnowCross, opening new cases as well as monitoring all outstanding and unassigned Follow up on all guest requests and communicate with relevant departments accordingly
  • Follow up on all guest requests by alerting other hotel teams such as Maintenance and Housekeeping via KnowCross
  • Assist with departing guests form the express checkout function and ensure all billing transactions are completed in accordance with the procedure and any discrepancies/issues are raised and resolved
