Mid - Senior Data Engineer

I'm working with a £1Bn European fintech who are looking to break into the UK market and have big plans to expand their UK team during the near year.

They create innovative banking as a service platforms already used by some of the biggest names in Fintech& Web3. They are looking for Data Engineers with Strong AWS, Python & SQL experience to join their team in London.

They have a great office and are keen to build a strong collaborative culture, so all roles are hybrid with a 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with business stakeholders on reporting requirements
Help build a secure and scalable data platform
Contribute to Data Platform Architecture
Mapping data with the various sources
Building processes to source data from required sources
Building ETL/ELT
Migration from onpremise data warehouse to cloud data warehouse
Building process to enable the business to produce selfserve reports and analytics
Design and configuration of data warehouse

Required Skills & Experience

Solid experience in data engineering
Experience with building ETL/ELT solution within AWS
CI/CD experience
Good knowledge of Python
Strong knowledge of SQL
Good understanding of data modelling techniques
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within an agile environment
