Responsibilities:


  • Accurately evaluate information on all applicants so that the decision made is plausible, sustainable, and affordable.
  • Complete all allocated workflow tasks with the published SLA timeframe
  • Achieve and maintain financial mandate through competency framework assessments
  • Present a professional image of the company to all third parties to ensure a positive impression is created and maintained.
  • Be clear and consistent in communication with brokers to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Manage any queries or issues from direct customers and brokers so that a positive outcome is achieved, and business levels are maximised.
  • Able to clearly document and demonstrate the rationale behind a lending decision to senior mandators as part of the financial mandate process.
