Description

Require at least level 2 holder in health and social care with work experience in mental health and medication management to support vulnerable individuals in their daily activities and community engagements.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
