Canterbury | Hybrid | £13 per hour

Permanent | Part-time | KR11739

We seek an experienced
Accounts Assistant to process the company's financial transactions and provide the management with up-to-date information.


This is a part-time position, working two days a week and needing to be in the office at least one of those days.

Due to the office location on the outskirts of Canterbury, you will require your own transport. There is plenty of free parking.


The company is migrating its accounts from Sage to Xero, so good experience using Xero is essential for this role.

You should also have good Excel and Word skills.


As the company continues to grow, there is scope for the
Accounts Assistant role to grow in terms of hours and business responsibility.

The
Accounts Assistant will:


  • Processing sales invoices
  • Organising payment runs and managing the credit control
  • Producing VAT returns
  • Producing monthly management reports
  • Supplier management


The company will be integrating Xero with the Salesforce package, and previous experience with this would be a real bonus.
