A key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic direct marketing initiatives and affiliate partnerships. The specialist will develop and execute targeted campaigns, manage affiliate relationships, and optimise performance to meet business objectives.

With a focus on off-line campaigns this role will work closely with the Campaigns Lead and Digital Marketing specialist to align and deliver successful acquisition campaigns.


What you will do

  • Direct Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement & optimise comprehensive offline datadriven direct marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Work with the community team to develop a plan for affiliate partners to expand the network and drive new customer acquisition. Identify and nurture relationships to then monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Create compelling and targeted direct marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop assets that align with campaign objectives. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of direct marketing campaigns and affiliate programs. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and continuously evaluate the costeffectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

What you will bring

  • Degree in Marketing, business or relevant experience
  • Proven experience in direct marketing and affiliate program management within the consumer service: i.e telecommunications utilities etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
