Our client is one of the UK's privately-owned real estate agencies, recently named 'Best Lettings Agent' out 15,000 agencies in the country Due to the ongoing success of the business, they are looking to recruit a Renewals Consultant to support for thethriving Lettings Department.


It will be your responsibility to ensure that all landlords and tenants are dealt with in a professional, timely, honest and well-mannered fashion using outstanding customer care skills.

It is essential that Landlords are achieving the best possible priceupon renewal in line with the current market value for their investments.

This role will include the following:

  • Representing the company in all aspects of the working environment, showing dedication, professionalism and honesty
  • Approaching Landlords and Tenants 23 months in advance allowing enough time to secure the renewal
  • Having a good understanding of the market value to be able to advise pricing for all properties throughout London
  • Negotiating and providing evidence (comparable, best price guide) to both Landlord and Tenant
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication between both parties
  • Ensuring smooth communication across departments
  • Providing clients with exceptional support and customer service throughout the renewal process and make sure to satisfy their expectations as much as possible
  • Following all standard operating procedures in place
  • Keeping up strong teamwork
  • Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed, received and signed before the renewal's start date
  • Actively supporting and motivating the team members in achieving the highest levels of customer service feedback from clients, customers and colleagues
  • Managing, maintaining and developing relationships with both Landlords and Tenants
  • Looking for new business opportunities.

Personal specification:

  • Experience of dealing with customers in any service sector would be beneficial
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a strong member in the team
  • Thorough knowledge of the London property market
  • Exceptional understanding of the company core values and vision
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitasking, and manage time to meet strict deadlines
  • Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Selfmotivation with a 'can do' attitude
  • A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Reapit would be highly advantageous
  • NFOPP qualified (or undertake to qualify within the probationary period).


The salary on offer for this role will include a basic of £26,000 to £28,000, plus on target earnings of £36,000 to £38,000.
