We are currently recruiting for a permanent Facilities Receptionist to work within a financial institution based near Aldgate East station.

Fully onsite Monday - Friday. Salary £27,900.


The role is 75% receptionist - welcoming visitors, dealing with the couriers, contractors, organising POs to pay for post, issuing passes etc.

You will provide support to the Facilities Management Team.


What you need to know:


  • An understanding of Facilities Management practices
  • An enthusiastic approach to solving the Schemes daily Facilities Management needs.
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety arrangements in the workplace
  • An understanding of Procure to Pay processes
